Probably, this is the most popular diet in England - most likely, because it is very clearly developed and presented. It is developed by Jain Nidich in the USA thirty years ago. The diet is though out by the “weight watchers” society in such a way as not only to cause decrease in weight, but also to learn correct nourishment. This is reached in essence due to the fact that quantity of eaten food is strictly calculated each day, portions are rigidly cut, and each calorie is considered. The "weight watchers" developed diverse menu, and in the stores it is possible to purchase their finished dishes and products for preparation. Regular encounters with others growing thin ensure psychological support, furthermore, there is launched the periodical, where different councils and prescriptions of dishes are proposed. The “weight watchers” examine practically all aspects of losing weight, giving possibility to lose weight without harm for the health.Typical menu for one day Breakfast: 120 ml of orange juice, oat porridge on water, 150 g of skim milk, tea or coffee. Lunch: Egg with 90 g of fried to grile fungi, piece of a dried slightly toast with margarine, one pear, tea or coffee.
