During this diet it is permitted to use only protein and vitamin food. Fats and carbohydrates must be completely excluded from the nourishment. Food must be eaten without any sauces and seasonings (ketchup, mayonnaise, sour cream, etc.). Only moderate use of salt is allowed. The protein and vitamin components of the diet start separately, during the different consumption of food. As is known, separate nourishment by itself contributes losing weight. You can drink mineral water, ordinary water (better hot), tea without sugar and grassy infusion. A quantity of these liquids is not limited. Other beverages (lemonades, juices, beer, alcohol and so forth) are excluded. It is necessary to take food six times a day, every 2,5 hours – because you don‘t fell hungry. This is how this diet in practice appears: 8.00 - two boiled eggs (protein component); 10.30 - one grapefruit (vitamin component); 13.00 - 200 g of boiled nonfat meat (protein component); 15.30 - two apples (vitamin component); 18.00 - 200 g of boiled fish (protein component); 20.30 - one large orange (vitamin component). As protein components you can use degreased cottage cheese, brynza (and other white, nonfat cheeses), nonfat game, boiled sausage together with eggs, meat and fish. As the vitamin components approach not only fruits, but also damp or boiled vegetables without seasonings, for example, the beet, carrot, cucumber, tomato, pepper, etc. Do not use sweet fruits, such as grapes, bananas, apricots, the persimmon (too many carbohydrates in them). For the same reason do not have potatoes. If you want throw out larger weight, than 5-7 kg, then: after conducting this diet make interruption to one-two weeks, and then repeat the cycle again.
