Breakfast: coffee without sugar, but with milk. Dinner: 250 g of boiled or fried meat without fat, lemon, 40 g of rye bread, an apple, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. Supper: 200 g of chicken, fried without fat (on a lattice), 40 g of rye bread, one apple.
