Bikini diet itself, repeatedly and successfully is tested by always elegant and attractive Victoria Principal, who was removed in role of one of the main heroines of the classical "long-playing" American television series "Dallas". This diet is low-calorie and is designed for decrease in mass of body on 2 – 5 kg without special efforts during one week.
The first day Dinner: Lettuce from any vegetables (except tomatoes!), but without dressing. Select, which pleases itself you: cabbage, cucumbers, carrot, radish, green bean and pea, Bulgarian pepper, turnip, rutabaga, horseradish, celery, spinach, sheet lettuces, turnip-shaped and green onion, garlic, the verdure of parsley, dill; one piece of white turkey meat. Any cooling beverage without sugar: drinking gasified or mineral water – usual thing. Supper is a plate of any vegetables. Select, which pleases you: potatoes, sweet potatoes, beet table and sugar, cauliflower and broccoli, cabbage Brussels, cabbage of kohlrabi, carrot, summer squashes, pumpkin, peas, bean, corn, turnip, rutabaga, spinach, asparagus, artichokes. Any cooled beverage without sugar.
The second day Dinner: Fish - vegetable lettuce, prepared from equal parts: half a tea cup of the tuna, conserved in its own juice, as many cut tomatoes and so many cut sheet lettuce (dish can be filled by finished low-calorie dressing or added in it a little vegetable oil and lemon juice or grape/apple vinegar and any cooling beverage without sugar. Supper: one tea cup of hen bouillon. Prepared to the pair and cut thick barrel of the celery (or somewhat thinner barrels with leaves); small pile of boiled hen. Any cooled beverage without sugar.
The third day Dinner: Vegetable lettuce, prepared from the equal parts: small pile of chicken, cut to the pieces, and a lot of any vegetables (except tomatoes!), two "melba- toasts" and any cooling beverage without sugar. Supper: A plate of any vegetables, prepared to the pair. Any cooled beverage without sugar.
The fourth day Dinner: One tea cup of any vegetables - damp or prepared to the pair. Any cooled beverage without sugar. Supper: Nonfat fish, baked in electro-grill or oven (complete list of the most nonfat fishes - from cracks from 0,1% of fat to kheka with 2%. Select, which pleases you: pike-perch, burbot, pike, bull calves, icy fish with colorless blood, trout), two "melba- toasts". One tea cup of cut summer squashes or zucchini, prepared to the pair. Any cooled beverage without sugar.
The fifth day Dinner: Complex lettuce, prepared from half a tea cup of boiled shrimps and one tea cup of those cut and undertaken equally: leaves of lettuce, tomatoes and boiled fungi (when desired it is possible to add finished low-calorie dressing). Any cooling beverage without sugar. Supper: A plate of any vegetables, prepared to the pair. Any cooled beverage without sugar.
The sixth day Dinner: small pile of boiled chicken with lobules of tomatoes, packed on top. One "melba- toast". Any cooling beverage without sugar. Supper: nonfat fish, baked in electro-grill or oven (when desired it is possible to add finished low-calorie dressing). Half a tomato, cut by lobules. Any cooled beverage without sugar.
The seventh day Dinner: One tea cup of lettuce "Grace" with the dressing "Dijon". Any cooling beverage without sugar. Supper: A small pile of chicken, baked in electro-grill or oven. One tea cup of cabbage or broccoli or usual cauliflower, prepared to the pair. Two "melba- toasts". Any cooled beverage without sugar.
Lettuce "Grace": 1. Half a jar of tuna (net 200 g), conserved in its own juice. 2. Cut white of one boiled chicken egg in small particles. 3. A tea cup of cut green pea pods (damp or prepared to the pair).
