“I’ve always loved to have a solid meal. I have worked a sedentary job that is why I put on weight. One day I resolved to shed my overweight. Primarily I was thinking it is enough to moderate nourishment, but later I understood that because of diet my muscle could loosen. Therefore, I began taking exercise regularly and I have lost 24 pounds in weight. However, I want more… but my weight does not take off more… Moreover, if I eat more or miss one or two training, my weight puts on flesh!
