Eastern Diet This diet is calculated for 10 days, it is eaten 5 times per day on the specific hours.

Decrease in weight to 4 kg.

8.00 - cup of coffee or tea with sugar.

11.00 - egg, 8 pieces of prunes or fresh plums.

14.00 - 200 g of boiled Lenten meat (or sausages) and 100 g of garnish from a cabbage and a carrot (desirably fresh), one apple or one orange.

17.00 - 30 g of cheese, an orange or an apple.

20.00 - container of sour milk or kefir.
