Principles of Japanese diet: rice excellently substitutes bread. Make a selection in favor of brown rice and Thai rice; include rice crackers, rice paste (miso) and Japanese noodles in your ration. Do not limit yourself in fish, shrimps, red roe, and sea combs. Soy in a form of grains, vegetable oil, yogurt, and beefsteak or tofu (tofu is made from coagulating soy milk and pressing curds) are a splendid source of proteins. These products are present products of health. Specialists consider that this is probably the best preventive means in the fight with cancerous and cardiovascular diseases. Compensate a deficiency in dairy products by mineral water with the high content of calcium. Be careful with salt - sea products contain it sufficiently. Eat two fruits daily and one portion of milk products in order to complete a deficiency in vitamins and calcium. Menu under household conditions Breakfast: A small cup of lettuce from seaweeds and cucumbers, 8 sushi, either shiraki (a large cup of rice, mixed with pieces of damp fish), or a piece of fish. Supper: A large cup of Japanese soup with noodles (is in any supermarket) and an omelet with fungi or Japanese hot (turnip-shaped onion, cabbage and grass with small cubes of beef). Dessert: Fruit lettuce or yogurt. Sit long over tea. Green tea is rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and E. It slows down aging process and prevents some forms of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Opinion of the dieticians: this diet makes possibility to lose excess weight rapidly, without losing necessary energy and vitamins. Rice and fruits ensure sufficiency of vitamins, and milk products - calcium. Carefully: a relative deficiency in vegetables in combination with rice can lead to the bolt. And finally those, who suffer surplus of cholesterol: they must not use shrimps more frequent than once a week.
