Gemini Diet Gemini (May 21 – June 21)

Traps: You constantly chew something - nuts, pastry, remainders from dinner or supper. Your mouth finds in the constant motion... and you can stop in no way.

Your deficiencies: Thick forearms spoil your ordered figure. You can take in no way yourselves in the hands and study sport; you prefer to lie on sun, instead of having a swim.

Your diet: Select one of six proposed versions (there is a diet with six-time nourishment) and add to each of them a large portion of mixed lettuce, charged by lemon juice. Each of six versions is calculated approximately to 200 calories.

Toasts: Two slices of bread with bran with any of the following additions: 25 g of ground Edam’s cheese, some baked tomatoes; 25 g of boiled beans or spaghetti, watercress; one egg (into a sack); a pulp of one banana with two tablespoons of yogurt.

Horsd’oeuvres of meat and fish: 75 g of nonfat meat or 150 g of fish - grill with two tablespoons of boiled rice, the pods of green beans, cabbage, and celery.

Horsd’oeuvres of potatoes, welded in uniform: 200 g of mixed potatoes with one of the following additives:

a) 3 tablespoons of domestic cheese.

b) 2 tablespoons of boiled beans.

c) 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt with 6 g of ground cheese.

Horsd'oeuvres of fruits:

a) 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 banana (or lettuce of these three fruits).

b) 25 g of flakes without sugar with cut by slices pear.

c) Half a melon of average size, one dry sponge–cake and 100 g of raspberries (possible fresh-frozen).
