Traps: You adore eastern kitchen and somewhat misuse of spices. You cannot force yourselves to forego a dear dish, even if you suffer from corrosion. Your deficiencies: Thick thighs spoil your figure. If your heart is weak and disturbs sluggish blood circulation – there are results of your excessive enthusiasm with spicy food. You are very energetic, but be prudent: coast your feet. Your diet: Try a proposed diet, comprised taking into account your love for a spicy food.Breakfast (select one of proposed versions): a) 35 g of boiled bean, toast from bread with bran and one small apple. b) 25 g of oat porridge, welded on the water with addition of half a glass of degreased milk, one cup of natural yogurt. Dinner (select one of proposed versions): a) Sandwich from bread with bran and domestic cheese (75 g), pinch karri and cucumber, cut into circles, one cup of nonfat yogurt. b) 125 g of vegetables, 50 g of cold hen (without skin), one banana. Supper: 200 g of chicken, two tablespoons of rice and a large portion of mixed lettuce.
